There are eight segments choose 8 topics, maybe from your questionnaire, summary or other issues which are important to you like health family friends money etc.
Common issues that have been used in the examples are listed here but it would be better to have your own so you can apply it to your own issues.

Shade in the level of satisfaction you have with each issue
One is low – Ten is high
Now you will see how balanced your life is

Group Issue Solving
I am going to use a real case history here to illustrate the next move and to bring some understanding to the exercise.You will of course need to adapt this to your own circumstances.
Create a list from the previous exercise issues and use their position in the wheel as a score.
Career -6
Money - 5
Health - 7
Friends/Family - 4
Love Life - 0
Personal Growth - 6
Fun and Recreation- 2
Physical Environment- 4
These were the scores for the issues of a man who, had been divorced some time ago and soon after became redundant.
Some 5 years later, he had failed to reach his expected self-employment expectations. This was the point where he discovered the power of the decision wheel.
First, he had to define the most important issue that was facing him. he took a while to resolve all the various issues that came to light that until now he was unaware. Three months later, he began building a complete new life.
This is what you will also do in a moment.
Let us consider each of the issues in turn. Remember the 3 important points to success;
Choice, Easy and Pleasure
You choose to do it.
You will find it easy to do.
You know that you can do it and will get pleasure from doing it.
You choose to find something that you want to change, that will be easy, and you know you can achieve with little effort. This will then increase your score and will be a step in improving the balanced state that you need to be successful, whether it is in business relationships or personal contentment. Always remember that it is only possible to achieve and focus on one thing at a time. This however usually improves many other areas automatically.
The first steps.
Let us consider our example case.You will of course apply this to your own personal listing.
The idea is to define just one issue that you can work with and improve on without too much effort. Only one thought and one-step at a time.
This is the foundation on which, you have built your life.
You need to know that there is no right or no wrong.
There is no failure.
There is, only knowing, what works and what does not work.
Therefore, you cannot fail; you can only discover what works and what does not work.
You have to apply this concept as you rate your issues.
Let me explain using the sample case.
Career -6
A lot of effort has been expended, but up to now very little progress had been made
Money - 5
Money was a big issue as the capital was rapidly decreasing due to investment in non-productive events.
Health - 7
Health was still ok, but there was a lack of incentive, and days of depression were becoming more frequent and blood pressure was becoming a concern also.
Friends/Family - 4
Due to divorce and no work associates, there was little time or inclination to socialise.
Love Life - 0
After many years trying to make a useless marriage relationship work, he felt good to be free from responsibility. This could easily also be a 10
Personal Growth -6
This was a big issue because he could feel that he was starting to slide backwards instead of moving forwards.
Fun and Recreation -2
He did not know the meaning of fun, and having recreation did not appeal to him.
Physical Environment -4
Physical environment had deteriorated as he spent more and more time trying to succeed, he had neglected his home environment and he was no longer comfortable with it.
Decisions
According to the plan for success, he had to choose just one issue to work with. (Remember, one step and one issue at a time) Think about this now and create your own listing, by choosing which one and only one is the most important. Do this by selecting the first two items on your list and scoring them one and two, continue this practice through the lists several times until each one is in the right place. That is your list is in the order 1 -8. Then add your own reasons for the chosen ranking to confirm that this is indeed correct.Actions
What could you do that would give satisfaction and be easy to do. You now need to do the same with your scores. Let us now score the list in points of priority that fit with your criteria, using the example below as a guideYou want to do it.
